[LTA-PT] SENIOR/MANAGER, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (OPERATIONS)
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will lead a team to oversee the daily operations of the RTS Link Facility, supporting the safety, reliable and efficient movement of passengers across international boundaries. The role requires strong leadership, operational acumen and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver seamless operations that uphold national security, public safety and customer service standards.
You will monitor performance of the contracted facilities management operator and ensure operational readiness of critical systems and operational readiness at all times. In addition, you will coordinate and support cross agency operations in ensuring smooth border control procedures and consistent passenger experience. This will include developing, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures for station operations, security and emergency management as well as participating in bilateral operational work groups to review and refine procedures.
You will also identify opportunities for operational innovation, including digitalisation and smart facilities management, as well as lead service excellence initiatives to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in rail operations, transport facility management or complex infrastructure operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to manage large scale operations, safety management, emergency preparedness and contract management.
Adaptive and collaborative mindset suited to multi-agency environments with excellent writing and verbal skills.
Decisive, calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including balancing tasks and thinking critically to achieve results.
A team player and skilled at building positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
Resourceful and proactive, bringing a problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Candidates with relevant experience in planning and implementing large scale operations will be an advantage.
