Temp, Financial Planning & Analysis (6 months)

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records. • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating logistics, and managing simple procurement. • Support data collection and collation for FPA automation, process improvement projects • Assist with coordination work across teams and vendors to ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables. • Handle data entry and prepare basic summaries for team use. • Support event or workshop arrangements and respond to routine queries.

Education: • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma. A-level or polytechnic graduates awaiting for university entry are welcome to apply. Skills: • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital/AI tools. • Ability to collect, collate, and manage data accurately. • Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
