What you will be working on
Formulate and review policies, ensuring alignment with current regulations and best practices whilst facilitating stakeholder consultation and implementation
Coordinate mass congregational prayer planning to ensure optimal space management, timely communications to stakeholders
Oversee mosque emergency preparedness with emphasis on fire safety compliance, ensuring all mosques meet minimum requirements and maintain readiness standards, including facilitating effective communications & reporting of incidents
Ensuring regulatory adherence including assessment, review, approval facilitation, and ongoing compliance monitoring
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Public Policy, Organisational Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with knowledge and understanding of the not-for-profit sector
Policy formulation experience and familiarity with safety, security or risk management frameworks will be an advantage
Strong analytical ability with capacity to monitor policy developments, standards and best practices and provide sound recommendations
Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities to identify solutions and best practices for diverse stakeholders
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
