As an Associate, Digital Communications & Marketing, your responsibilities include the following:
(a) Brand Storytelling & Content Creation
You will be responsible for developing consistent brand narratives and creating engaging copies across social media, websites, email marketing, and digital ads. This includes producing visual assets like images, graphics, and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, GIFs) while ensuring all content is optimized for platform best practices and target audience preferences.
(b) Campaign Strategy & Execution
Planning, executing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns will be central to this role. You will manage paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, optimizing content reach through boosted posts. Continuous monitoring of KPIs such as CTR, engagement, and conversion rates will be necessary, with real-time adjustments to improve campaign performance.
(c) Social Media & Community Management
Managing the daily social media presence (both organic and paid) will involve developing interactive campaigns, fostering community engagement, and tracking social media trends. The role also includes maintaining corporate social media protocols and supporting crisis communications when needed.
(d) Platform & Analytics Management
Using tools like Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite, you will schedule and publish content while analyzing data from Google Analytics and platform insights. Synthesizing performance metrics will be essential to inform future strategy, ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing and corporate goals.
