What you will be working on
• Implement and strengthen the governance, systems and processes of records management (RM) across MOM;
• Provide advisory and strong support to departments and teams in the capability development and implementation of records management;
• Manage the assigned administrative functions and work areas for records management, review of SOPs, records appraisals, housekeeping and updating of file plan, etc.;
• Drive and implement key initiatives and projects for records management (RM), such as digitalisation of physical files and records, RM chatbot, etc.;
• Work with IT team and departments on implementing key RM system features to support RM needs, integrating the RM lifecycle in the systems upgrading and renewal;
• Plan, manage and coordinate various corporate administrative operations so as to ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently;
• Review, develop and implement improvements for work processes and systems related to corporate administration.
What we are looking for
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in corporate administration in particular records management is preferred
• Candidates with no working experience is welcomed to apply
• Some experience in IT project management, including gathering user requirements and conducting user acceptance testing for records management systems is preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is also capable of working independently
• Adaptable, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
