Science Centre Singapore is looking for a Temporary staff to join the Marketing & Communications department, assisting with a range of essential tasks that support our media engagement and communication strategies. What you will be working on
The Temporary staff key responsibilities include managing filming requests, handling media queries, and coordinating media visits. The role also involves crafting festive conversation starters, writing LinkedIn copy, and assisting with event and tenant listings. The Temporary staff will support event execution, pack media kits, and help with copywriting for key communications such as the Annual Report. Additionally, the associate will assist in drafting monthly reports, responding to emails, and researching media engagement concepts.
For Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOP’s EDM campaigns, the Temporary staff will compile relevant information, communicate with internal stakeholders, and assist with editing and setting up campaigns on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management tools like CRM platforms.
• Strong communication & Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should also be comfortable with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
