What the role is

As a Manager/Deputy Manager in the Registration Division, you will support and manage the registration processes and administrative operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards. You will be responsible for implementing registration workflows, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance in the registration of healthcare professionals. Your role includes supporting Board/Council meeting preparations, coordinating with stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and providing operational support to enhance efficiency within the Registration Division.

What we are looking for

• Experience in healthcare administration, regulatory affairs, or administrative roles • Supervisory skills with experience in coordinating processes and supporting team operations • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders • Basic analytical skills with understanding of regulatory processes • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems • Ability to manage multiple tasks and daily operational duties • Ability to work independently and assist with cross-functional activities • Organised and self-motivated with problem-solving abilities • Good interpersonal skills with experience in working with internal and external parties
