As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Development Planning under the Development Planning Branch in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a team that plans and manages our schools’ capacity and physical infrastructure to provide students with a conducive learning environment.

What you will be working on
• Plan for upgrading and improvement of school physical infrastructure to meet schools' needs
• Monitor and review demand and supply of school places across the island
• Review land use planning and land-related policies affecting schools
What we are looking for
• Relevant training and background in the areas of land use planning and development, urban planning or data analytics would be preferred
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and has a keen interest in handling statistics, as well as data collection and analysis
• Good organisational awareness, written communication and people skills
• Proactiveness and the ability to respond to demands of a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in the use of geographic/ geospatial software and/ or tools would be an advantage
