What you will be working on
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Desk Head, you will be supporting the department to:
1. Work with team to build relations with overseas stakeholders to profile Singapore’s IP capabilities, as well as track and maintain deliverables related to events, cooperation agreements, and partner programmes.
2. Coordinate various aspects of event planning and execution, including pre- and post-event activities such as procurement, stakeholder coordination and setup, summarising event outcomes and feedback.
3. Tracking IP developments in assigned countries and regions, managing country files/documents, carrying out country research, assisting in country briefs for senior management.
4. Support pre- and post- overseas trips logistics and general administrative tasks such as booking of flights, accommodations, transport and other arrangements to post-events tasks such as handling reimbursements and billing.
5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What we are looking for

• Are familiar with government procurement practices and systems, including Workday. This is not a pre-requisite but will be viewed favourably.
