What the role is
What you will be working on
- Review FM policies for Integrated Community Hubs, ensuring alignment with Building and Estates Management policies to maintain consistent standards and operational excellence across all hubs.
- Liaise with Hub FM teams to establish robust contract management processes, including systematic follow-up on contract variations and documentation to achieve greater corporate governance across ICH Division and Hubs.
- Review Maintenance and Sinking Fund rates and policies to ensure consistent financial planning and resource allocation across the Hubs.
- Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders through GeBIZ to facilitate Hub operations for FM-related works and proper charging to the correct source of funding (reinvestment funds, maintenance fund or sinking fund).
- Work closely with Hub FM teams to ensure FM-related works are carried out in accordance with the established FM contracts and physical infrastructure and facilities are well maintained in good and safe conditions for community use.
- Support Hubs in their Cyclical Maintenance Programmes, improvement works and ad-hoc projects.
What we are looking for
- Minimum - Two years working experience in related field.
- Desired - Three years working experience in related field.
