What you will be working on
What You Will Be Working On:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Map out and conduct engagements with stakeholder groups, opinion leaders, and community leaders to foster collaboration and trust.
• Community Sentiment Analysis: Analyse and understand sentiments and concerns within the community to co-create initiatives and improve communications that strengthen social cohesion.
• Policy Formulation and Operations: Work across agencies and the Government to raise awareness of potential social fault lines, and formulate policies and programmes to effectively address them.
• Policy Implementation: Design policies that integrate strategic communications and Government-community partnership considerations, ensuring effective and sustained public engagement.
What we are looking for
Work Experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in planning and programmes, engagement, or public communications functions.
• Previous experience in policy operations, policy writing, administration, and assessment of grants for community projects. Confidence in working with senior management and minority communities is highly valued.
Competency Requirements:
• Clear and Concise Writing: Ability to express main ideas clearly and concisely in writing, with confidence in preparing and staffing policy recommendations to senior leadership.
• Data-Driven Policy Analysis: Utilise data analytics to review existing policies, programmes, and initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and impact. Develop evidence-based recommendations for new or improved community engagement and stakeholder partnership strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strategically identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholders across diverse domains, developing targeted engagement approaches. Build and maintain effective relationships with varied stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and aligning partnerships with policy and organisational goals.

• A dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
• A team player who can also work independently.
