What you will be working on

Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Executive (Business Partnership Teams): As a Senior Executive (Business Partnership Teams) you will take on the following roles: • Operations and administrative specialist role to provide efficient and streamlined support for the team in managing HR processes (e.g. recruitment) and ensuring that issues are flagged out and rectified • Ops-Tech role to be able to manage technical challenges in various HR-related platforms (e.g. HR & Payroll System (HRPS), One Talent Gateway (OTG), etc.), including embracing automation tools (e.g. RPA, AI, etc.) to improve operational efficiency • Service-oriented role to deliver HR services to agencies and stakeholders (e.g. potential candidates, employees, etc.) in a customer-centric manner You will be responsible for the following: • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services (e.g. recruitment service, payroll, declarations) through robust end-to-end admin and operations support, to agencies in order to meet business needs. This involves close partnerships with the agency directorates, HR specialist centres, as well as Whole-of-Government (WOG) partners such as Vital, HRPS and other public service agencies to share best practices and work on integration of HR tech and process redesign. • Provide HR advisory to address workforce needs and workforce challenges in select HR domains (e.g. secondments, No Pay Leave, Payroll), serving as policy owner for designated functional areas and conducting periodic reviews to ensure policies and processes remain current and effective. • Support implementation of HR strategies and policy rollouts together with agencies and specialist centres, to better attract, retain, develop, engage and motivate employees. This includes operationalising WOG HR policies and initiatives effectively at the agency and cluster level through creating implementation guides, supporting system processes, and providing input on implementation procedures. • Manage, maintain and review staff databases and knowledge repositories in a conscientious and timely manner to ensure accuracy of record-keeping, while creating and maintaining comprehensive process guides, FAQs, and institutional knowledge that enable self-service and ensure continuity. • Partner Business Partners and relevant stakeholders to streamline HR process and enhance HR service delivery through standardisation, process redesign, integration of HR tech, sharing of best practices, and proactive compliance monitoring to prevent issues from falling through administrative gaps.

Additional Info This role may require the officer to provide HR support for a few agencies. In such occasions, the officer will be required to flexibly commute between the Treasury Building and CREATE Tower. There could also be opportunities for cross-functional projects to expand your horizon and enable you to contribute beyond the area of HR. There are opportunities for internal job rotations to hold portfolios in other PSD functions during your career with us. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
