We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations Manager to partner with the Product Manager in driving the migration of the Document & Records System (DRS) to Whole-of-Government (WOG) Records platforms and supporting a proof of concept for Knowledge Management. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to existing digital services. The successful candidate will work closely with various divisions to understand their challenges and deliver effective solutioning.

What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute preparatory tasks for migrating DRS to WOG Records systems.
• Collaborate with divisions to understand their challenges and provide effective solutioning.
• Support the proof of concept for Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Deliver operational support for existing digital services, ensuring stability and continuity.
What we are looking for
• Proven experience in system migrations, document repositories, and operational support within complex organizational environments.
• Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills to address diverse challenges across divisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively to ensure successful execution of migration and operational tasks.
• Familiarity with Whole-of-Government (WOG) systems and processes will be an advantage.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in digital operations or knowledge management.
• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in government or public sector organizations is desirable.
• Exposure to knowledge management systems, AI-driven solutions, or digital transformation projects will be beneficial.
