What the role is

Manage the consolidation of PA Group financial statements and meet the operational and reporting needs.

What you will be working on

  • Assist in the preparation of consolidation for Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) compliant PA Group financial statements for audit and presentation in PA’s annual report.

  • Coordinate and address audit queries promptly.

  • Manage monthly and year-end closing of accounts.

  • Coordinate, prepare and submit accurate operating grant requests.

  • Maintain proper and accurate tracking of the various funds and schemes under PA Headquarters.

  • Oversee daily collections for PA Account 1 and ensure prompt recovery of outstanding bills from various companies and organizations.

  • Compile and submit statistical or financial information returns in accordance with Government Departments’ requirements.

  •   Performs other duties assigned by senior officers.
