What you will be working on
- Oversee the management of Army's Communications Server Room on behalf of Army's Chief Information Officer
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of Army's IT concierge by ensuring excellence and consistency in corporate IT service delivery
- Ensure the smooth operations and recovery of Army's Corporate IT networks
Challenge(s)
- Keeping up to date with developments in digital technology and the organisation's corporate IT policies/directives
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders within and outside of MINDEF/SAF's corporate IT ecosystem
- Overseeing a large volume of corporate IT transactions and devices and ensuring that they are properly accounted of auditing purposes
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in managerial position and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of service delivery for corporate services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
