What you will be working on
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to better understand HDB's diverse areas of work that touch the lives of Singaporeans citizens and residents. You will also learn more about how our communications & engagement efforts to inform the public about HDB's policies and programmes. These efforts include the digital transformation of HDB’s digital platforms and products, to enhance user experience, as well as information and service delivery to customers on our corporate website and e-Services. We adopt a research and data-backed approach by applying customer and analytics insights to develop and manage HDB’s websites and e-Services, to deliver relevant content and information to customers.
You can expect to support the development and implementation of a content strategy that incorporates SEO best practices, as well as the creation and maintenance of quality and engaging website content. You may also work on defining, tracking and reporting key performance indicators of the product, using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and gathering and analysing user feedback through various channels.
What we are looking for
Internship Period: Between May 2026 - Aug 2026
Preferred Disciplines: Communications & New Media, Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology), Business Management (Marketing).
