What you will be working on
• Provide good administrative, operational and logistical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations and administration
• Handle queries from MOE stakeholders in a responsive manner
• Facilitate procurement functions
• Maintain and update divisional and branch records to ensure effective and optimal use of resources
What we are looking for
• A good team player who is resourceful and meticulous, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment
• Comfortable with handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience with government procurement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
