What the role is

What you will be working on

Design and deliver high-quality curriculum, courseware, and e-learning modules for full-time and part-time courses that are align with current industry standards and emerging trends in technology.
Supervise student projects and internships in collaboration with industry partners, ensuring alignment with current technologies and practices.
Provide academic and personal support to students through counselling, coaching, and mentoring, including guidance for competitions, career planning, and personal development.
Participate in academic administration and committee work and contribute to outreach initiatives such as study trips and engagement activities.
Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and graduate employability.

What we are looking for

Qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Proven expertise in AI, Full Stack Development, IoT and RPA with Agentic AI
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
Strong communication and instructional design skills
Expertise in two or more of the following:
a) Full Stack Development: Modern web/app development using React, Angular, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures.
b) Digital Twin Engines Development: Simulation, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring for IoT ecosystems.
c) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Agentic AI: Intelligent automation using UiPath, Power Automate, enhanced with Agentic AI.
d) 3D Modelling & VR Programming: Immersive content creation using 3ds Max and Unity3D.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and engaging with young minds.
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI ethics.
