What you will be working on
Your responsibilities include analysing key urban planning trends and issues, assessing how these may influence the physical environment of our HDB towns and estates, and developing strategic policies and programmes to address these. The work may involve elements of master planning, social research, data analysis and conceptualising new urban planning strategies.
What we are looking for
• Background in Town/Urban & Regional Planning, and/or planning-related work experience.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and data analytics, as well as the skill to translate data insights into policy and planning implications, would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in the longer-term urban development and public housing environment of Singapore.
• You should have strong communication, analytical and writing skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a team and be able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract at the first instance.
