What you will be working on
• Conduct discovery workshops to align stakeholders, define project goals and scope, uncover user needs and requirements, and generate ideas for a shared understanding.
• Document processes and workflows to support project implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support the design, development, and testing of automation solutions, including scripts and tools (e.g., RPA, macros, workflow automation, Whole-of-Government tools).
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives by digitizing re-engineered business processes and integrating suitable digital tools.
• Design automation of data analysis across quantitative datasets
• Work with users to perform acceptance testing
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress, insights, and outcomes.
• Refine the solutions to achieve better results
Training provided by PTC
• PTC will provide the necessary training to facilitate the intern’s work. We hope the intern can learn and grow his capabilities while on internship with us.

• At the same time, we strive for a collaborative learning experience, aiming to gain new skills and techniques from the intern's academic knowledge and experiences.
What we are looking for
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Meticulous with a systematic approach to problem solving
• Proficient in automation tools like PowerAutomate, UiPath or equivalent
• Ability to work with data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (eg Tableau and PowerBI) for visualisation
• Digital Tools Integration: Knowledge of APIs and system integration concepts
• In addition, basic knowledge in programming like Python will be an advantage
