You will play a pivotal role in building EnterpriseSG's organisational capabilities by attracting, recruiting and developing our most prized assets: our People. You will spearhead our pre-university talent engagement strategy and nurture the best early talent through comprehensive management of EnterpriseSG’s scholarship and internship programmes.
As our employer branding champion, you will creatively engage prospective talent across multiple touchpoints, from pre-university programmes through to graduate recruitment. You will partner closely with our scholarship recipients and early talent to ensure their success whilst continuously innovating our talent attraction approach.
