Executive/ Senior Executive/ Manager (Digital Health Projects)

The Home Team Medical Services Division (HTMSD) Plans & Policy Branch drives digital transformation to enhance healthcare delivery for Home Team officers. Through strategic development of innovative digital initiatives, process optimisation, and evidence-based governance frameworks, we enhance operational efficiency and service effectiveness to deliver optimal healthcare across the Home Team healthcare ecosystem.

• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions through gathering user requirements, incorporating human-centred design principles, and managing system implementation including testing, training, and deliverables. This may also include self-developed automation solutions using simple coding and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline workflows; • Conduct workflow analysis, process mapping, and problem identification to design future-state workflows incorporating digital solutions. Create standardised documentation and frameworks that quantify efficiency gains and optimisation opportunities; • Support change management initiatives, such as training programmes, and develop health data management policies. Document system specifications and support successful technology adoption across teams; • Conduct environmental scans, research emerging digital health solutions, and evaluate AI technologies, chatbots, and digital platforms through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses; and • Participate in healthcare technology initiatives, prepare recommendation papers, and support continuous improvement through systematic workflow analysis and evidence-based technology recommendations.

• Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines preferred. Prior experience in healthcare settings or digital transformation would be advantageous. • Foundational programming capabilities (such as Python) with an understanding of key trends such as AI and automation solutions. Prior project experience with digital transformation and innovation would be advantageous. • Strong project management skills with keen interest in digital health trends and emerging healthcare technologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. • Experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives in complex, multi-party environments. • Experience with facilitation to lead strategic discussions, process mapping sessions, and ideation workshops that gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.
