The HR Specialist is responsible for multiple essential functions, including: Talent acquisition, employer branding, strategic workforce planning, HR process improvements, and competency development.
This role also involves leading cross-functional teams to manage these key areas, collaborating with business units to identify risks, develop responses, and design interventions that address workforce challenges affecting both their departments and ACRA as a whole.

What you will be working on
Working under the Deputy Director, the HR Specialist supports a broad range of HR and organisational development activities, such as:
(a) Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding – Actively recruiting and attracting new talents to ACRA.
(b) Employer Branding – Managing ACRA’s LinkedIn presence and working closely with Corporate Communications to promote a positive image.
(c) Strategic Workforce Planning – Conducting manpower assessments from scratch to optimise staffing levels.
(d) HR Process Re-engineering – Streamlining HR procedures for greater efficiency and adaptability.
(e) Competency Development – Partnering with divisions to advance employee skills, while creating and implementing policies to maintain competitiveness and align with ACRA’s objectives.
The HR Specialist must collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to co-create solutions that improve the employee experience, boost morale, and retention, and actively contribute to projects and other assigned initiatives.
What we are looking for
1. At least 6 years of HR experience, ideally in the specified functional areas.
2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
3. Demonstrates positivity, teamwork, and a dedicated commitment to serving the public sector.
4. Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
