The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. As a member of the Transit Management team, you will be responsible for the management and care of Special Pass holders (SPHs) who are staying in Singapore for claims or investigations.

What you will be working on
• Conduct regular engagements with SPHs, ensure their well-being and encourage those eligible to go on employment.
• Monitor and engage SPHs who have dropped out of employment to encourage and facilitate their return to work
• Facilitate the repatriation of SPHs when their case / claims conclude, by ensuring that the SPHs have no outstanding claims / unresolved issues, liaising with the employers to furnish air tickets and arrange for pre-departure testing.
• Facilitate Change Of Employer (COE) for eligible SPHs when they are no longer required for investigations or claims.
• Manage enquiries relating to the management of SPHs and ensure meeting of service key performance indicators.
What we are looking for
• You should be a positive, customer service oriented person, who is able to communicate well with both migrant workers and employers.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess people and situations, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities to evaluate complex scenarios and make timely, effective decisions
