Job Description: • Processing of payments to instructors based on approved matrix provided by ActiveSG • Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received. Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management processes. • Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme from various sports centres. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and embrace learning, technology & innovation. The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Able to work in a team setting • Good writing and communication skills • At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative work • Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel and Powerpoint, and some experience in using Robotic Automation Process (RPA) • Knowledge in the Government procurement policies and GeBIZ system would be advantageous.
