[LTA-VS] DEPUTY/ASST MANAGER, FOREIGN VEH PERMITS (SYSTEMS) (1-YR TEMP)
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will oversee the systems relating to foreign vehicle permits matters. You are required to review existing system processes and business rules and propose changes to improve the systems regularly. You will also work on new digital transformation projects, hence having a wide interest in technology and strong knowledge of latest market practices and trends will be an advantage.
As part of project implementation, you will be required to develop solutions, justify project viability, prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, manage budgets and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects.
You will also be involved in handling customers’ feedback and manage a 24/7 operations environment.
What we are looking for
• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in engineering or computer science
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing complex system projects
• High cognitive and analytical ability
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
