You will execute comprehensive finance reporting processes including preparation of financial statements, management reports and regulatory submissions, whilst managing SportSG's financial accounting operations in accordance with statutory requirements and Financial Reporting Standards. In this role, you will - Lead and oversee the annual statutory audit of SportSG’s and its Group financial statements to ensure timely completion with the SSC Act, Public Sector (Governance) Act, and Charities Act provisions. - Perform the nonthly financial reports with insights as a lead up to the financial year-end closing. - Manage the Vision 2030 Fund accounting and reporting through maintenance of accurate records of fund movements and balances of the various ring-fenced purposes - Operationalise the Capital Management Framework with respect to annual dividend declaration and issuance of Share Certificate - Manage Treasury, investment and leases matters

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: - Background in Accountancy or ACCA - Minimum 9 years of work experience in accounts, with at least 3 years of external audit background - Experience in reviewing full set of accounts and preparation of financial statements - Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands on go-getter with the ability to work independently with keen attention to details
