What you will be working on
• Conduct Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses for adult learners.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical lessons on topics related to control systems, building operations, and sustainability practices.
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, and group presentations.
• Provide feedback and support learners in achieving course objectives.
• Assist in course material development and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
What we are looking for
• Qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of control systems, building management technologies, and energy efficiency concepts.
• Preferably with relevant industry experience in building operations or systems integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage adult learners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior teaching or training experience is desirable but not mandatory.
