What the role is

You are responsible for developing and mentoring Brigade Headquarters staff who compile and present planning products to facilitate Brigade planning, battle monitoring and control of operations.

What you will be working on

- Develop and mentor Brigade Headquarters staff responsible for compiling and presenting planning products - Ensure team is capable of maintaining good situational awareness, coordinating real-time actions and supporting effective command and control - Collaborate with functional coaches to support Brigade's training objectives - Collate observations for continual improvement Challenge(s) - Keeping cognisant of latest and evolving developments in training curriculum

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of relevant work experience - Highly conversant in all aspects of Brigade Headquarters operations, Combined Arms operations and training - Proficiency in skills involved with learner-centric coaching, e.g., Action Learning Process - Strong mentoring and development capabilities Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
