What you will be working on
- Assist Head Manpower as the ranking secretariat for Command and HQ level ranking and promotion boards
- Plan and manage the overall Command staffing and succession planning
- Plan and schedule the attendance of Route of Advancement or other relevant courses for Snr MIEs
- Prepare and consolidate the requirements for the monthly HR updates at the Command level

- Being familiar with the policies and guidelines in HR, performance and career management policies and guidelines
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource is preferred
- Prior experience in HR is advantageous

- Proficiency in MS office applications (e.g., MS words and Excel)
