What the role is

You manage an assigned portfolio of projects and you are responsible for monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with project milestones.

What you will be working on

- Handle initial project planning and conduct feasibility studies - Conduct design coordination and track project progress - Communicate updates to stakeholders and support integration of operational requirements into designs - Conduct risk assessments and incorporate mitigation strategies into planning - Develop guidelines and infrastructure standards to aid in future projects Challenge(s) - Being familiar and cognisant of guidelines and directives for infrastructure-related developments - Understanding and implementing them according to work processes developed - Ensuring compliance across projects

What we are looking for

- Education in Engineering, Building and Infrastructure-related discipline or Logistics - At least 6 years of working experience in infrastructure project management - Technical knowledge of Building and Infrastructure systems, their operations and maintenance requirements - Knowledge of Building and Infrastructure policies and statutory requirements - Objective and independent with aptitude to manage and groom personnel - Resourceful and meticulous - Excellent communication skills - Strong multi-tasking abilities to balance needs of various stakeholders Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
