National Heritage Board

Manager / Snr Manager (Digital Marketing & Campaigns)

Fixed Terms
Closing on 18 Dec 2025

What the role is

In today’s fast-moving digital landscape with endless content and constantly shifting platforms, how do we create fresh, meaningful ways that cut through and connect with our audiences?

At NHB, we are the official custodian of our shared heritage. We have a treasure trove (quite literally) of #og content at our fingertips–be it artefacts from our National Collection, heritage sites and monuments, to living heritage elements like our traditional foods, customs and practices, all ready to be translated into engaging and interactive content! We also believe in using data to understand our consumers and their preferences, and to further inform our marketing strategies and choices.

So, if you think you possess the creativity, industry and resilience in delivering fun and impactful campaigns that span across diverse marketing platforms, we are interested to hear from you!

What you will be working on

  • [Marketing Communications Strategy] Lead integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing visitorship to NHB’s online platforms as well as museums and heritage institutions. This includes driving demand- and lead-generation campaigns across event activations, email automation, SEO/SEM, display ads, content marketing and traditional channels (print, radio, TV, out-of-home, etc).

  • [Data Analytics & Research] Analyse and interpret performance data to uncover consumer insights and inform innovative, data-driven marketing campaign strategies to meet strategic key performance indicators

  • Review and refine NHB’s marketing KPIs to align with sector-wide standards, and support sustained growth across NHB, its museums and divisions

  • Build and grow a central database of followers and CRM programmes to support cross marketing and encourage repeat visits and participation

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing is preferred

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and analysing data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and optimisation strategies

  • Proven track record in executing campaigns and lead generation programmes. Shortlisted applicants will be required to provide case studies of successful campaigns.

  • Experience in developing, managing and growing membership databases or rewards programmes

  • Keen interest in history, heritage, arts and culture would be a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and able to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders

  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills with the agility to evolving project needs
