Manager/Senior Manager (The Animal Lodge Operations)
What the role is
What you will be working on

• Manage building operations at The Animal Lodge (TAL) which include infrastructure improvement and maintenance works, general administration and conducting fire drills
• Manage relevant building services or operations-related contracts which include specification writing, evaluating tenders, implementation, managing contract users and monitoring compliance
• Manage tenancies including calling revenue tenders, if required, and processing renewals, renovations, tenant onboarding and reinstatement works
• Manage public and tenant feedback via NParks Customer Management System and the TAL duty phone
• Coordinate and engage relevant stakeholders such as contractors, tenants, animal welfare groups and public to strengthen relationships for collaboration
• Provide support for building services at Animal Management Centre next to TAL
• Assist in emergency planning and risk management work at TAL
• Assist in enforcement operations at TAL
• Perform other assignments or projects as required.
What we are looking for
• Areas of studies in business administration, estate/facilities management or procurement related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years of experience in government procurement, revenue contracting and/or contract management will be an advantage
• Highly motivated and independent individual
• Innovative and resourceful individual who can work well with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required
Other Information
• Candidate must be comfortable working in proximity with animals
• Office will be located at The Animal Lodge (59 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 699014)
