What the role is
What you will be working on
Provide secretarial and executive support to senior management members
Calendar management and coordinate meeting logistics
Handle correspondences and information that may be confidential or sensitive in nature
Draft replies and documents
Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative and logistical support for events and stakeholder engagements
Assist in project management
What we are looking for
Minimally 10 years of secretarial and/or office administration experience
Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration skills
Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and organisational skills
High level of discretion
Proactive and resourceful
