As an intern in the Strategic HR (SHR) team in the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), you will be contributing to the team's efforts in developing HR capabilities in the Public Service through HR programmes, research and consultancy.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in the following:
1. Research on HR trends and best practices in public and private sector companies.
2. Develop learning interventions and resources of varying formats (e.g. e-learning courseware, videos, case studies, toolkits and infographics).
3. Build AIbots/ Pair Assistants to enhance learning relevance/ application/ transfer
4. Review user interface and experience for tHRive
5. Review competency tagging and content relevance for LEARN products
What we are looking for
1. High interest in Human Resource. One who would like to make a difference in HR practices in the public sector.
2. Keen interest in designing creative learning resources to engage adult learners.
3. Good analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
4. Some experience in research and events/project management work
5. Familiar with digital tools and platforms to develop materials such as infographics, EDMs
