Manager/ Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Resourcing

Co-led by Sport Singapore and Singapore Sports School (SSP), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition. In this role, you will support the long-term strategic development of Singapore's High Performance Sport ecosystem through comprehensive planning and resource optimization. • Create and implement sophisticated planning frameworks that align diverse stakeholders - including government agencies, sports administrators, technical specialists, and National Sports Associations - towards common performance goals. • Identify gaps and implements systematic approaches to ecosystem enhancement through data-driven analysis. • Support scenario planning and horizon scanning and predictive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision making. • Develop and manage resource allocation plans • Plan and progress senior management and board meeting agenda based on strategic plan

The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Background in Sport management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field • Experience in strategic planning and implementation and resource management • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
