What you will be working on
• Ensure that the ecosystem of MOE, schools and hostels is a strong one by working with them and other stakeholders to facilitate the wellbeing, integration and progression of international students
• Engage the international students to understand their needs and aspirations and ensure their wellbeing, integration and progression
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that these students’ experience in our schools is a meaningful and memorable one
• Develop engagement platforms, e.g. digital platforms, to complement existing engagement efforts
• Analyse and use data to better meet students’ holistic needs
• Develop plans to build a strong scholar alumni
• Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
• Have a strong commitment to Singapore and MOE’s talent agenda
• A critical thinking planner, possess a curious mind
• Possess confidence, with strong inter-personal and collaborative skills
• A good facilitator, comfortable with ambiguity, open to possibilities and trying out new things
• Be comfortable to learn data analysis and application
• Have experience or strong interest in working with youth
