What you will be working on
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to lead in the conduct of PD programmes and awards for the teaching fraternity
• Provide strategic oversight of awards and recognition schemes that promote excellence in education, covering publicity, nomination, shortlisting and selection processes
• Provide strategic oversight of budget allocation and resource management for PD programmes and initiatives, ensuring optimal utilisation and cost-effectiveness
• Drive innovation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, implementing best practices, and leading innovative approaches to PD programmes and initiatives, where applicable
• Foster cross-branch collaborations and partnerships to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programme and awards delivery
What we are looking for
• At least five years of working experience, preferably in areas related to PD programme management and administration
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with working knowledge and proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel
• Dynamic individual who is proactive, resourceful and able to work independently to oversee large-scale initiatives whilst meeting critical deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior management, government agencies, and external partners
• Ability to combine innovative thinking with operational excellence, identifying opportunities to drive organisational change and process improvements whilst maintaining meticulosity and quality assurance
