Research Executive / Senior Research Executive (Future Foods)

·       Prepare, conduct, and maintain mammalian tissue culture under sterile conditions.

·       Assist in co-culture and 3D culture experiments within Organ-on-Chip systems.

·       Perform CAD-based design using AutoCAD, 3DMax, or Blender.

·       Support the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of Organ-on-Chip prototypes.

·       Conduct analytical assays such as ELISA, immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR, microscopy, and HPLC.

·       Manage experimental documentation, reagent inventory, and data logging.

·       Perform data analysis on experimental works.

·       Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures.

·       Qualification in disciplines such as Biology, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, or related fields.

·       Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

·       Practical experience in mammalian tissue culture and aseptic techniques.

·       Familiar with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, IHC, RT-qPCR, microscopy, or HPLC.

·       Proficiency in CAD or 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, Blender), engineering design and 3D printing (stereolithography) will be preferred.

·       Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration, actively supporting peers, interns, and project members.

·       Responsible and organised, effective in managing time and multitasking across experiments and lab operations.

·       Displays initiative and adaptability, with a readiness to learn new techniques and adopt new tools.
