As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, People Matters, you will provide support for the professional learning (PL) needs of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) and staff well-being in MOE. You will spearhead the communication and marketing function, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on
• Oversee all communication materials and campaigns for EAS professional learning and staff well-being programmes across digital platforms, social media, and websites
• Develop engaging visual and written content for internal channels whilst maintaining consistent organisational messaging and brand alignment
• Drive the planning and execution of staff well-being initiatives and provide support for EAS professional learning programmes
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on content requirements whilst monitoring engagement metrics and managing communication databases for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
• Prior experience in Mass Communications or Marketing would be preferred
• Possess creative writing skills and visual design capabilities
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be preferred
• Excellent multitasking abilities with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as in teams
• Comfortable navigating complex organisational environments with the ability to understand diverse stakeholder priorities and concerns
