What you will be working on
Projects which you will be involved in:
1. Learning needs analysis through designing and executing surveys, focus group discussions and interviews and drawing relevant insights.
2. Designing engaging learning experiences and accompanying resources (e.g. fac-guides, learners' guide, case studies) which strengthens transfer of learning.
3. Brief Resource Persons of design of programme and support in scoping their session to meet learning objectives.
4. Design structured post-training support such as job-aids and AI chatbots.
What we are looking for
1. Interest in Finance, Procurement, Internal Audit topics. Business undergraduates pursuing Business or accountancy degree would have an advantage.
2. Creative and experimental mindset and possesses attention to detail.
3. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
4. Strong written and spoken communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to change
6. Team player, able to establish good rapport with his/ her team members
