What you will be working on
You will help shape learning experiences for public officers across the Singapore Public Service. You will get hands-on experience running projects end-to-end — from brainstorming themes to designing and developing events, content and campaigns that spotlight innovation, design thinking, and AI.
Think of this role as a mix of creative producer, event designer, and innovation researcher, where you get to test new ideas, experiment with tech, and see your work directly influence how public officers learn.
What You Will Do
⭐ 1. Co-Design Learning Events (Virtual & Physical)
• Work with project sponsors to shape themes, topics and key messages.
• Support event flow planning, run sheets, and audience engagement strategies.
⭐ 2. Partner With Stakeholders for Learning Events (Internal & External)
• Liaise with invited speakers, panelists and hosts.
• Co-create content with them and prepare briefing materials.
• Coordinate internally with different teams for logistics, comms, and operations.
• Support the backend running of learning events (both online and in-person).
⭐ 3. Use Tech & AI to Elevate Learning
• Experiment with AI tools (e.g., content generation, analytics, design tools) to enhance event publicity and participant experience.
• Explore interactive digital tools that make learning more engaging and fun.
⭐ 4. Conduct Innovation Research
• Analyse best practices and trends in innovation, design thinking and learning.
• Identify insights that help us improve our programmes and future learning experiences.
⭐ 5. Bring Innovation to Life Through Creative Campaigns
• Conceptualise and produce a virtual learning campaign (e.g., videos, carousels, microsurveys, stories) to inspire public officers to learn about innovation.
• Assist in designing visuals, copywriting, and other digital content.
⭐ 6. Evaluate & Improve Learning Interventions
• Compile participant feedback and event analytics.
• Propose ideas for improving future runs.
⭐ 7. Any Other Duties
• Be ready to contribute to emerging projects — innovation moves fast, and so will the opportunities you will get to try.

Comfortable managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and supporting end-to-end delivery of learning events.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Confident in communicating with speakers, partners, and internal teams to co-create content and ensure smooth event execution.

Familiarity with or interest in exploring tools such as Zoom Webinars, Mentimeter, Articulate Rise, chatbots, and AI-powered design/content tools. (Training will be provided; curiosity matters more than prior experience.)
