Create and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen Career Fitness branding and amplify awareness of the Career Fitness Movement across the public service ii. Design compelling publicity and marketing materials (e.g. eDMs, social media content, event collateral) that capture attention and drive engagement across multiple platforms Learning Materials Development i. Develop content that elevates the learning experience and inspires officers to take ownership of their career journeys (B) Career Development Playbook i. Lead the design and development of a Career Development Playbook, creating an accessible, practical, and user-friendly resource that public officers will actually want to use. ii. Craft visually engaging layouts and design elements that enhance readability, establish clear information hierarchy, and guide users through content effortlessly iii. Transform complex career development concepts into clear, actionable guidance through compelling visual formats (e.g. diagrams, illustrations) iv. Design for impact—ensuring the playbook drives real behaviour change in how officers approach their career planning (C) Other Responsibilities i. Take on other projects and initiatives as opportunities arise.
