Staff Officer (Enterprise Systems) (Contract) - SPF/OTD

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. We do this by working in partnership with the community to protect life and property, prevent crime and disorder, detect and apprehend offenders, and preserve a sense of security. SPF Ops-Tech Department (OTD) is working to deliver user-friendly technologies that transform the way Police Officers fight crime. This includes leveraging advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support policing work.

You will be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation for SPF and create an impact with the following tasks: • Plan and manage digital projects by helping to create and improve easy-to-use tech tools that make work better for our officers and the public • Work with different teams and partners to understand needs, solve problems together, and make sure our digital platforms are easy to use, reliable, and well-maintained • Monitor and improve digital platforms to ensure they are running smoothly, setting clear guidelines, and helping organize projects and data to support better decision-making and future improvement
