Interns are required to commit at least 10 weeks between May to Aug 2026.
MOF's Organisational Performance & Transformation Directorate is looking for undergraduates to undertake the following project(s).

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to indicate your preferred project(s) prior to the selection interview. We will take into account your preferences in the final allocation, subject to our resourcing needs.

What you will be working on
Project #1: Understanding Organisation Sentiments for Better Performance
The Organisational Performance and Transformation (OPT) directorate will be conducting a series of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with officers across MOF in 2026. These FGDs are deep-dive sessions for us to elicit feedback and sentiments from officers on selected key topics (e.g. opportunities for improvement, pain points).
Key responsibilities in supporting these FGDs:
• Consolidate and synthesise qualitative data from pre-surveys and FGD transcripts.
• Identify recurring themes, insights, sentiments, and pain points.
• Recommend interventions.
• Prepare summary reports to management.
• Support logistics planning for running the surveys and FGDs.
What we are looking for
• Undertaking tertiary qualification in one of the following fields (or related disciplines):
o Organisational Development
o Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management
o Business / Management
o Communications
o Data Analytics / Economics
• Strong interest in employee engagement and change management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
• Experience with data analytics and data tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage but not mandatory.
