What you will be working on
1. Regulatory Experience Research & Content Design: Conduct research to identify compelling use cases that illustrate 'regulatory experience' across different contexts. Engage with agencies to gather insights.
2. Content Creation: Develop learning content in various formats, (e.g., podcasts, infographics, and videos) to make regulatory case studies accessible and engaging.
3. AI Bot Development for Learning: Conduct desktop research and engage with agencies as needed to collect regulatory use cases for training an AI chatbot and enable this as a resource for future learners to tap on.
What we are looking for
1. Strong Communication and Content Development skills
Good written and verbal communication skills to engage different stakeholders to gather information. Interest in creating engaging content across different formats (e.g., podcasts, infographics, videos), which may require use of various tools (e.g., podcasting editor, Canva, etc.)
2. Research & Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to gather information from different sources, identify interesting insights, and think critically about what makes a compelling case study. Prior experience with research projects is helpful but not required – what matters most is being organised, asking good questions, and being genuinely curious about regulatory topics.
3. Curiosity & Innovation Mindset
Demonstrated interest in exploring new approaches to learning and development, including emerging technologies that can be used to deepen learning experiences (e.g., use of AI bots).
