What you will be working on
The role involves continuously refining operation-policies through data-driven analysis (from medical facilities and national surveillance programmes) to right-site patients expeditiously during healthcare crises and emergencies. Under non-crisis situation, this role involves the formulating of operational plans to facilitate the implementation and management of mass pharmaceutical intervention, emergency medical facilities, conveyance requirements, and patient triaging as part of emergency preparedness.

The Job Holder is expected to have the following core attributes:
• Clinical and Operational Acumen – strong operational logic and acuity. The Job Holder must be able to quickly grasp the multi-faceted nature of health-related issues, identify salient information amidst complexity, and respond effectively to rapidly evolving situations and policy requirements.
• Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Management – able to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse audiences, demonstrating a strong understanding of organisational dynamics. The ability to articulate stakeholder priorities and concerns from their perspectives is essential, as the Job Holder will be building and sustaining purposeful relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders who have different needs and interests.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving – excel at developing action plans that organise resources and coordinate teams to achieve outcomes in a timely and effective manner. We value candidates who harness strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with others to overcome obstacles collectively.
