Manager (Medical & Operations Policy)

The Job Holder works closely with various MOH policy divisions to formulate and disseminate medical operational policies. This translational role bridges clinical policy with operational implementation, requiring both clinical knowledge and operational acuity.

The role involves continuously refining operation-policies through data-driven analysis (from medical facilities and national surveillance programmes) to right-site patients expeditiously during healthcare crises and emergencies. Under non-crisis situation, this role involves the formulating of operational plans to facilitate the implementation and management of mass pharmaceutical intervention, emergency medical facilities, conveyance requirements, and patient triaging as part of emergency preparedness.
