What you will be working on
The role will focus on leading and shaping culture-building efforts across the ministry. It includes turning culture insights into strategies and actions, supporting leaders in shaping mindsets and ways of working, and driving key culture and organisational development initiatives across the ministry.
In this role, you will work and grow in a team on key organisational development initiatives such as developing MOH’s values and culture for our staff and leaders, enabling the development of effective teams through OD initiatives, and in translating organisational health insights to sharpen organisational priorities.
Organisational and Cultural Alignment
• Develop and implement culture building initiatives that are aligned with MOH’s vision and values, by curating creative storytelling OD content and initiatives to inspire and resonate with staff.
• Design and deliver strategic culture alignment platforms such as MOH Townhall, fostering engaging narratives and open dialogue.
Leading Organisation and Teams
• Strengthen leadership alignment on organisational priorities.
• Work with sponsors on OD initiatives, to support the development of effective teams and in navigating change.
Organisational Health and Insights
• Translate feedback and insights to recommended actions that support organisational priorities, through engagement platforms such as Employee Engagement Surveys or dialogues.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an individual who has a passion for building healthy and strong organisations. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Tertiary education in relevant fields such as Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Relevant professional certifications in OD facilitation, and/or partnership and engagement in change initiatives will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Organisation Development, change management, stakeholder communications or engagement, transformation, or a related field. Experience in the public sector and/or healthcare would be advantageous.
• Creative and innovative thinking in programme implementation or engagement initiatives, OD and workshop facilitation.
• Experience in culture building work and crafting communications narratives
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management capabilities, in managing project and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Capability in communicating, connecting, and partnering effectively and positively with others
