What you will be working on
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to understand the FG's role in GST administration and the application of GST rules across various business operations. FG is exploring the use of artificial intelligence to enhance GST query management and improve response efficiency for internal stakeholders. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of an AI chatbot designed to assist staff with GST-related queries. You will need to analyse common GST queries to identify patterns and develop appropriate responses. You will also work on testing and refining the chatbot's accuracy in interpreting and applying GST rules to different scenarios.
In addition, FG conducts regular GST training programmes to ensure staff understanding of GST compliance requirements. As part of the enhancement of the Group's GST training materials, you will assist in the preparation of presentation slides for GST e-learning courses. This will involve reviewing existing content, incorporating updated GST regulations, and presenting information in a clear and accessible format for staff learning.
