What you will be working on
During your internship, you will provide support to CMD on performance analysis. You will also identify, design and enhance customer experience to meet their needs. You will:
• Analyse customers’ complaints received via various feedback channels (e.g. emails, e-service ratings, surveys and hotlines) to identify problem areas, root causes and develop targeted measures to improve service delivery;
• Do customer journey mapping for identified priority transactions and online services (e.g. review of HDB selected webpages and e-services) and assess if customers’ needs are adequately addressed. You may have to interview users to understand the customer journey, solve customer pain points and develop customer journey recommendations to improve user experience and user interface of the HDB e-services, processes and platforms;
• Do performance monitoring to ensure that HDB’s key service touchpoints meet stipulated performance indicators; and
• Analyse trends and identify touchpoints which are at risk of not meeting performance standards so that proactive and timely interventions can be taken.
